I’m so grateful she has LifeStation, reassures me that help is a quick response if required. This definitely is one item that has allowed her to live alone, with her independence. All the while your operator offered words of comfort and reassurance telling him police had been dispatched. The gate was called after 911 and a member of the community came to stay with my Dad. The operator ascertained my Dad was conscious and stayed on the line with him until the medics arrived. Luckily, we have not had to use it but my mom who is 86 wears it on her wrist all the time.
I called several other (medical alert systems) services and overwhelmingly chose LifeStation.Īfter receiving the unit, they were very helpful setting it up.
